Topaz's 100% Cottom Smooth Rag Paper is an award winning, premium 100% cotton rag digital fine art paper with a smooth, matte, water-resistant coating free of optical brighteners and is acid free. The result is a perfectly smooth, matte surface that produces extremely vibrant colors, beautifully defined blacks and gray tones for archival quality prints.
